Tailored Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded law firm in Brisbane to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. You will manage conveyancing matters autonomously and communicate clearly with clients, agents and colleagues to keep matters progressing toward settlement.

The role offers $90,000–$95,000 base plus super, four days work from home and one in-office day on Wednesdays, with a strong team and supportive environment enabling you to work effectively from home while staying

Qualifikationen

• Sound understanding of key conveyancing concepts (time being of the essence, tendering for settlement)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work independently and solve problems

You’ll be someone who communicates respectfully and professionally, can confidently complete tasks independently and is comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed.

You’ll understand the importance of keeping clients and agents informed throughout the conveyancing process, while managing deadlines and ensuring matters progress smoothly towards settlement.

A sound understanding of key conveyancing concepts, including time being of the essence and tendering for settlement, is important, along with strong attention to detail, organisation and independent problem-solving skills.
