Profusion Group is seeking a Risk & Compliance Analyst to embed and maintain our risk and compliance framework within a CPS 230 context. This hands-on role focuses on controls assurance, testing, and regulatory change across the APRA landscape in Australia.

You will collaborate with the business, provide reporting to management, and help strengthen governance with pragmatic, risk-based solutions. Sydney-based opportunity.

Qualificações

• Around 4 years’ risk and/or compliance experience in an APRA regulated entity.
• Hands on controls testing or assurance experience.
• Working knowledge of APRA prudential standards, particularly CPS 230/ CPS 234.

Responsabilidades

• Embed and maintain the organisation's Risk and Compliance Frameworks across the business.
• Hands-on controls assurance and testing across the risk program.
• Provide reporting to senior management and Board; support regulatory change initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to drive risk-based decisions.
