Infosys in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Cloud and DevOps Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise across multi-cloud platforms, automation, and modern infrastructure practices. The role emphasizes IaC (Terraform/ARM), and designing robust CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bamboo.

You will work with Azure, GCP, and AWS in a hybrid setup, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud ecosystems. Hybrid work arrangements apply with a flexible, case‑by‑case basis.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud and DevOps Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise across multi-cloud platforms, automation, and modern infrastructure practices. The role requires deep operational knowledge of cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, including services such as Azure Active Directory, role-based access control, Kubernetes (AKS), Key Vaults, load balancing, storage, networking, and security. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE), and exposure to AWS environments is also highly valued to support multi-cloud and hybrid strategies.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with hands-on experience in Terraform and ARM templates to enable automated provisioning, scalability, and maintainability of cloud and infrastructure environments. They will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bamboo, enabling efficient and reliable software and infrastructure delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on experience in administering and managing Control M Administration at Level 2/3 for complex infrastructure and environments.


• Administer, Configure and maintain Control M /Enterprise Manager, Control M /Server, Control M/Agent.

• Create/ modify JCL for job functions or to validate job.


• Self-driven, committed, process-oriented, and capable of handling challenging situations.


• Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now, BMC Remedy.


• Experience working with enterprise backup and recovery of database.


• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments.
