Job summary

The RSS within SA Health is seeking a Contract Management Support Officer to provide essential administrative support to the Contracts Management Team, coordinating procurement activities and maintaining contract data across key systems.

You will support reporting, monitor milestones, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to value-for-money outcomes while working across Rural Support Service and regional LHNs; location negotiable.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating procurement and contract activities.
• Ability to manage data within key contract systems and support reporting.
• Proactive stakeholder engagement and professional support to internal/external partners.
• Interest in contract management systems and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and management of contracts and procurement activities, including drafting acquisition plans and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate contract and procurement records across multiple systems and monitor milestones/deliverables.
• Provide high-level administrative support, including reports, briefs, and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams and external organisations to facilitate contract management and service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, system support and training needs.
