A leading clean energy developer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Sydney to oversee the contractual function for large-scale solar and battery energy storage projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of contract management experience and strong negotiation skills. Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in contract management for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex EPC and related contracts.
• Experience managing multiple contracts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end contractual function across large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Manage and administer project contracts including EPC and grid connection agreements.
• Drive contract negotiation, execution workflows, compliance tracking, and variation management.
