You will lead complex contract management, supplier negotiations and risk management across a high-profile program, ensuring governance, compliance and value-for-money outcomes for the program and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years' experience in complex contract management and commercial management.
• Experience managing large technology, ICT, or operational technology contracts.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills including variations, dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
• Proven experience in major programs or complex transformation environments.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks, contract governance and commercial risk management.
• Experience managing strategic technology vendors and complex supplier relationships.

• Manage complex technology contracts and commercial arrangements across a major transformation program.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract variations, amendments and supplier performance management.
• Manage relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables are achieved.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Commercial Specialist to support a major technology transformation program within a large, complex government-owned organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional to take ownership of complex contract management activities, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and risk management across a high-profile technology program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex technology contracts and commercial arrangements across a major transformation program.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract variations, amendments and supplier performance management
• Manage relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial, contractual and supplier-related risks.
• Oversee commercial aspects of Statements of Work, payment milestones, contract changes and supplier obligations.
• Lead procurement activities and negotiations to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
• Prepare commercial reports, recommendations, governance papers and executive briefings.
