Job summary

GenusPlus Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the Parron Wind Farm project in Western Australia. You will manage payments, variations, and subcontract compliance within a high‑voltage, fast‑paced environment.

Bring at least 3 years in commercial contract management, strong procurement experience, and excellent stakeholder communication. This role offers stability, progression, and a pathway into major renewable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial or contract management.
• Procurement experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment claims, variations, site instructions, insurances, subcontract compliance and performance.
• Intently focus on performance with respect to the head contract programme.
• Own budget and forecast management of your dedicated subcontracts.
• Procure your dedicated subcontract packages including RFQ from issue to review and negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide commercial advice to the wider project team.
• Coordinate subcontractor weekly progress meetings.
• Learn from and work closely with senior people in the business.
