Job summary

M2P Engineering is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support two major projects from our Spring Hill head office in Brisbane. You will manage progress claims, variations and contractual compliance across Snowy Hydro Tumut 1 and Snowy 2.0, with some site travel and close collaboration with project leaders.

You will drive commercial reporting, risk management and close coordination with clients and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and timely communication throughout the project

Qualifications

• Demonstrated contract administration experience in construction or related industries.
• Experience managing progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
• Ability to interpret contract terms and drive practical actions for teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer progress claims with clients and subcontractors.
• Issue variations, quotations and change orders with proper contractual notices.
• Manage contracts from setup to closeout and monitor milestones.
• Provide clear reporting on commercial matters and risks to project stakeholders.
