Job summary

Fletch Collective, a BESIX Watpac company based in Brisbane, is recruiting a Contracts Administrator to work with the Project Manager to maintain cost controls across the project. The role covers end-to-end trade package tendering, contract documentation, and administration of the project’s finances through the cost management system.

Candidates will have a degree in quantity surveying or construction management, or relevant experience, with experience in both subcontracts and head contracts on

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or construction management, or relevant experience.
• Experience administering both subcontracts and head contracts on construction/fitout projects.
• Strong communication, influence and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tendering: prepare documents and tender list.
• Prepare contract documents for each package and manage project finances.
• Produce monthly cash flow forecasts and cost analysis reports.
• Handle variation, progress, and other financial matters under contracts.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to maintain cost controls.
