Job summary

LD Total is a multi-award-winning landscape company delivering commercial and residential projects across Western Australia. We seek an experienced Contracts Administrator to help manage contracts, budgets and procurement for a diverse portfolio of landscape projects up to $4M.

You will work with site supervisors, clients and subcontractors to ensure safety, efficiency and high standards, covering RFIs, EOTs and variations across the full contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contracts Administration and project management in a construction environment.
• Strong understanding of budgets, procurement and contract documentation.
• Ability to manage client, subcontractor and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with RFIs, EOTs and variations.
• High-level computer literacy; MS Project and NetSuite are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, budgets and commercial requirements from project commencement to completion.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, EOTs, variations and other contractual documentation.
• Collaborate with Senior Contract Administrators to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial landscaping projects valued up to $4M.

About the role:

Working closely with our site supervisors, clients and subcontractors, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest standard. You’ll be involved across the full contract lifecycle, including:

• Manage contracts, budgets and commercial requirements from project commencement to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations and commercial agreements
• Prepare and manage RFIs, EOTs, variations and other contractual documentation
• Work closely with Senior Contract Administrators and site teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in Contracts Administration, Project Management or a similar construction role
• Experience in landscape construction or a related construction environment
• Strong client, stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
• Sound understanding of contracts, budgets, procurement and project administration
• High-level computer literacy, NetSuite and Microsoft Project experience is highly regarded
