Job summary

Horizon Power is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support its contracts portfolio across major energy, infrastructure and microgrid projects in WA. You’ll work across contract administration, governance activities and High Wide Load coordination.

This isn’t a typical contracts role: you’ll partner with contractors and operational teams to balance commercial and administrative duties, contribute to outcomes, and help power WA's energy future.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of contract administration, procurement and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in utilities or infrastructure is valued.

Responsibilities

  • Support contract administration across operational, project and corporate services contracts.
  • Coordinate services orders, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, reporting and contract records.
  • Assist with RFQs, contract variations, procurement activities and governance requirements.
  • Support High Wide Load activities, coordinating stakeholders and administrative requirements to facilitate critical project deliveries.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors and external vendors.
  • Contribute to process improvements, templates and systems that improve team efficiency.

Help Power Major Energy Projects Across WA
As a Contracts Administrator,you'll play a key role in supporting Horizon Power's contracts portfolio acrossmajor energy, infrastructure and microgrid projects. You'll work acrosscontract administration, and governance activities while also supporting thecoordination of High Wide Load operations.
This isn't a typicalcontracts administration role. You'll collaborate with contractors andoperational stakeholders, balancing commercial and contract administrationactivities that directly contribute to delivering WA's energy future.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support contract administration across operational, project and corporate services contracts.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contracts Officer, Project Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes and governance frameworks.
  • Confidence managing stakeholders and driving outcomes in a high-volume environment.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Experience within utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering or construction environments will be highly regarded.
