Job summary

Future Minds Psychology Pty Ltd is seeking contracted Child and Adolescent Psychologists to support young people and families in Box Hill South, VIC. You’ll provide evidence-based therapy and assessments, collaborate with schools and GPs, and contribute to a warm, values-led team culture.

Essential: full AHPRA registration, 2+ days per week availability, and working with children checks. Competitive remuneration of $150–$190K per year based on client load, with strong admin support and ongoing

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration.
• Applicants must either have completed or be pursuing endorsement in Clinical or Educational/Developmental Psychology.
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and professional indemnity insurance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a therapeutic/clinical setting.
• Availability of 2+ days per week (3+ preferred).
• Organised, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and assessments to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Support young people with emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.
• Work with boys and young men, including externalising behaviours and emotional regulation difficulties.
• Collaborate with GPs, schools, and other professionals.
• Maintain quality documentation and participate in supervision and team learning.
