Kelly Services seeks a Manufacturing Quality Engineer (CAPA) to own NCs and CAPAs, driving cross-functional escalation to resolve issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role includes containment of nonconforming products and collaboration with Operations during line-down situations.

You will own PPAPs for supplier changes, participate in process improvements/validation, and ensure quality performance across product and processes.

• Contain nonconforming product and support line-down contingency with Operations.
• Own PPAPs for supplier changes and validate processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and supplier teams to address top quality issues.
• Own NCs and CAPAs, manage timely closure in Trackwise.
• Support manufacturing complaint investigations and product field actions.
• Investigate and disposition internal non-conforming product in MRB.
