As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of key client contracts, strengthen strategic partnerships and drive outstanding commercial and operational outcomes.

About the Role

As Contract Manager, you’ll provide strategic oversight across a portfolio of client contracts, ensuring contractual commitments are met while identifying opportunities to improve performance, manage risk and maximise commercial value.

Working closely with clients, operational leaders, legal advisors and senior stakeholders, you’ll bring commercial insight, strong leadership and a proactive approach to contract governance and continuous improvement.

Your impact will include:

• Own contract performance: Oversee contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, compliance and reporting requirements.

• Build strategic partnerships: Lead key client relationships, strengthen stakeholder engagement and resolve complex issues.

• Drive commercial results: Monitor budgets, labour utilisation, operational costs and contract profitability.

• Unlock growth opportunities: Identify contract extensions, renewals, service expansion and opportunities to enhance client outcomes.

• Lead and develop people: Coach, mentor and support account and operational teams to deliver consistent results.

• Manage risk and governance: Partner with senior leadership and legal advisors on negotiations, variations, disputes and complex contractual matters.

• Champion continuous improvement: Use performance data and operational insights to improve service quality, efficiency and financial outcomes.

About You

You’re a commercially minded leader who understands how to balance client expectations, operational delivery and financial performance. You build trusted relationships, take ownership of challenges and know how to turn contract requirements into measurable results.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in contract management, facilities management, operations or a similar leadership role.

• Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, cost control and contract profitability.

• Experience leading teams, developing people and driving accountability.

• Confidence managing senior client relationships and influencing key stakeholders.

• A sound understanding of contract governance, compliance, KPIs, SLAs and service delivery.

• Strong negotiation, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organisation, analytical capability and attention to detail.

• Confidence using operational systems, reporting platforms and Microsoft Office.
