• Collaborating closely with site teams, consultants, and suppliers.
• Supporting the commercial delivery of a major high-rise development.

The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join a reputable builder/developer with an impressive portfolio of luxury high-rise projects across the Northern Gold Coast. With piling about to kick off on a new major development - you’ll be stepping into a dynamic and well-supported commercial team from day one.

This builder/developer is known for delivering architecturally refined, high-end multi-residential builds on the Gold Coast. Their integrated model allows for tight project control, consistent quality, and a strong pipeline of high-value developments. With projects typically ranging from $150mil to $600mil, they’ve carved out a reputation for quality, consistency, and delivery at scale. You’ll be joining a collaborative commercial team with strong leadership and solid systems in place.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reporting to an existing Senior CA on a $600mil apartment build
• Managing contract documentation, variations, RFI’s, and procurement
• Collaborating closely with site teams, consultants, and suppliers
• Splitting your time between their office and the site
• Supporting the commercial delivery of a major high-rise development through early and core stages

What You Bring

• Experience as a Contract Administrator on multi-residential builds exceeding $100mil
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
• Proficiency in Jobpac advantageous but not essential
