Job summary

You will oversee contract administration, ensuring delivery to scope, time, quality, and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, clients, and project teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections on construction and engineering projects.
• Facilitate site meetings and ensure they run per procedures.
• Issue variation orders and manage contractual changes.
• Assess contractual claims and RFIs from contractors.
• Monitor compliance with contract documentation and project requirements.
• Prepare and manage defects lists.
• Support dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure Building Act compliance inspections are completed and documented.
• Provide expert advice on contract administration matters.
• Communicate potential cost, quality, and schedule impacts to stakeholders.
• Support QA processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
