Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for our Seven Hills site in New South Wales. You will drive CI initiatives to reduce losses, improve equipment reliability and standardize processes in partnership with production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge in lean six sigma and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience deploying production systems in FMCG environments.
• Coaching, training and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analytics tools.
• Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.

Responsabilités

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce losses and improve equipment reliability across production lines.
• Develop and maintain equipment and process standards in partnership with production and maintenance teams.
• Use production data and monitoring systems to track KPIs, set operating targets and drive improvements.
• Reduce changeover downtime through standardized steps and targeted kaizen activities.
• Communicate updates clearly across the plant and manage change effectively.
• Plan and execute regular health checks on equipment/processes and drive corrective actions.
• Coach frontline leaders and owners, lead root-cause analysis and prioritize fixes from loss analyses.
