Job summary

Monash Health in Dandenong, VIC is seeking a Continence Specialist (Nurse or Physiotherapist) for a part-time 0.6 EFT, fixed-term to March 2027, with potential travel to other sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent with current AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing with recency criteria and AHPRA registration, plus Post Graduate Certificate in Continence Management.
• Experience managing complex continence clients across an episode of care.
• Ability to supervise junior staff and contribute to peer learning.
• Commitment to best practice care and evidence-based practice.
• Ambition to grow clinical skills and knowledge.
• Proactive team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist continence assessment, management and treatment.
• Manage an independent caseload focusing on pelvic floor, bladder and bowel dysfunction.
• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes to meet best-practice standards.
• Develop and educate clients in pelvic floor rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate across services to build partnerships.
