You will collaborate with the marketing team on social media, press releases, and campaign assets, gaining broad marketing skills in a collaborative team. The role emphasizes hands-on content creation, with opportunities to work across digital and print channels, including EDMs and website updates, while supporting day-to-day marketing and practice development

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing (or closely related field).
• Strong written communication across audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, and video editing software.
• Comfort with AI tools in daily workflow.
• Ability to think creatively and work well in a small team.
• Experience in financial services or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee content writing for Seek adverts and social posts.
• Write weekly LinkedIn posts for each consultant.
• Help shoot short videos for LinkedIn and YouTube and craft accompanying content.
• Use Canva to design graphics and thumbnails.
• Launch MeetAlfred campaigns to grow consultants' audiences.
• Draft email marketing copy.
• Design event flyers and assets.
• Collaborate with an SEO consultant to drive passive traffic.
• Update website content as needed.
• Coordinate with paid ads specialists to boost traffic.
