Job summary

ZigZag Offshoring is seeking a Content Manager to grow our Australian client base. You will deliver the right content at each stage of the customer journey across website, email, blogs, white papers and sales enablement, driving engagement and revenue.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Partnerships in Australia, translate insights into compelling positioning, track progress, and optimize content strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in content creation/management in B2B marketing or similar.
• Experience working or collaborating with stakeholders in Sales, Partnerships and Marketing teams.
• Track record of creating compelling content with SEO best practices.
• Experience curating content for campaigns and feeding Sales Enablement/marketing automation.
• Desire to tackle diverse tasks, strong organizational skills, professionalism and judgement.
• Comfortable talking with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop content to drive new business, retain clients, and boost thought-leadership to hit lead and revenue goals.
• Create AU persona–specific content for targeted campaigns.
• Oversee messaging strategy to inform and delight audiences.
• Write blogs, white papers, EDMs, newsletters and reports aligned with goals and OKRs.
• Amplify content across social channels to grow engagement.
