Job summary

All Needs Plumbing Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Content Creator – Social Media, Branding, Audience & Community to own the brand across the team, customers and local community. You will shoot and edit short-form video and photos, join the plumbing team on-site to capture real jobs and personalities, and generate a constant flow of fresh ideas and trends coming.

This full-time role offers creative freedom to test ideas, opportunities to grow the Sydney brand, and a supportive, energetic team

Qualifications

Content Creator – Social Media, Branding, Audiance & Community

You'll take ownership of social content and help build the All Needs Plumbing brand across the team, customers and local community. You'll create content, shoot and edit short-form video and photos, get out on site with the plumbing team to capture real jobs and personalities, and keep a constant flow of fresh ideas and trends coming.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Get out on the road with plumbers and capture genuine job-site content
• Create fun, entertaining and educational videos
• Create fresh concepts, spot emerging trends and develop content ideas
• Create team-focused content that showcases culture and personalities
• Plan and manage a consistent social media content calendar
• Create and deliver email marketing campaigns
• Capture photos and videos at team events, training days and community events
• Help grow presence within the St George & Sutherland Shire communities
• Work with management on promotions, campaigns and branding ideas

About you

• Brings natural creativity and a constant stream of content ideas
• Understands what makes short-form content engaging
• Identifies current trends and viral content opportunities
• Confident filming and directing people
• Produces polished, professional video content efficiently
• Understands Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current social trends
• Has knowledge and understanding of email marketing and digital marketing
• Organised and can manage own content schedule
• Wants to become part of the team rather than just create content from the outside
• Experience in content creation, video editing, social media, videography or marketing is preferred

$75,000 – $85,000 + Super, depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
