Job summary

Gemelli Italian is seeking a creative Content Creator to own day-to-day social presence across the Gemelli Group. You will be filming in venues, capturing the energy of food, staff and customers while crafting engaging content for Instagram and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, venue or business.
• Confidence filming and editing content yourself.
• Great eye for food, lifestyle and hospitality content.
• Understanding of what performs on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic photography skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Instagram and TikTok accounts across the Gemelli Group.
• Plan, shoot, edit and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories and social content.
• Spend time in venues capturing food, drinks, staff, customers, events and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Build and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Write captions and schedule posts.
• Stay across TikTok, Instagram and hospitality/food trends and turn them into content that suits the brands.
• Work with chefs, venue managers and wider team to uncover great content opportunities.
• Capture new menu items, launches, events and special moments across the group.
• Engage with online community through comments, DMs and social interactions.
• Track content performance and understand what is and isn't working.

Gemelli is looking for a creative, switched-on Content Creator to take ownership of day-to-day social presence across the Gemelli Group. You'll be responsible for bringing the Gemelli brands to life across Instagram and TikTok — capturing what's happening inside venues, creating great content and making sure social channels always feel current, engaging and unmistakably Gemelli. This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk waiting for content to arrive. You'll be inside restaurants, around the food, chefs, staff and customers, capturing the things that make Gemelli what it is. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will lead broader marketing strategy, paid advertising, PR, partnerships and major collaborations, while you take ownership of organic social channels and content. Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Instagram and TikTok accounts across the Gemelli Group
