Lox & Chain in Byron Bay is seeking a hands-on Content & Creative Coordinator to support our marketing team with video editing, asset production, and day-to-day creative execution.

You will edit short-form video for social, design static assets in Illustrator, resize content for all formats, and help keep output on-brand and on brief.

This full-time role requires strong organisation, multi-project juggling, and excellent communication to coordinate shoots and deliver campaigns on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in content production, graphic design, or marketing operations.
• Strong graphic design skills across Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience editing short-form video for social and paid media.
• Understanding brand identity and visual storytelling.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Content & Creative Coordinator + Graphic Design

Lox & Chain is a fast-growing jewellery and accessories brand with a team based in Byron Bay. We're hiring a full time Content & Creative Coordinator to support our marketing team with video editing, asset production, and day-to-day creative execution.

This is a hands-on production role. You'll be editing videos, designing marketing assets in Adobe Illustrator, resizing content across formats, and helping keep our creative output consistent, on-brand, and on time.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Edit video content for paid social (Meta, TikTok) and organic channels
• Graphic-design and produce static assets for campaigns, email, and web via Adobe Illustrator
• Adapt and resize creative across all platform specifications
• Support packaging design, labels, print collateral, and deck formatting
• Track active briefs and manage delivery across the team

About you:

• 2–4 years' experience in content production, graphic design, marketing coordination or creative operations
• Strong graphic design skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience editing short-form video content for social and paid media with strong skills in Premiere Pro or CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practice
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Experience coordinating shoots, assets and creative workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling and content production processes
