Job summary

Young Guns in Victoria, Australia is seeking a dedicated Team Member to assist with container and warehouse tasks. Training starts Day One, including paperwork, forklift operation, and use of our container data capture system.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a safety-first approach and opportunities for rotation across shifts. The role emphasizes physical, repetitive work with team lifting up to 75lbs and potential in-house forklift license training.

Qualifications

• No prior container or warehouse experience is required; training provided from Day one.
• Tasks include paperwork, driving forklifts, and using our internal container data capture system.
• Safety is critical and Job Rotation schedules are in place on all YG Sites.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load containers until the daily workload is complete (usually 8-10 hrs depending on daily workload)
• Physically hand unload freight from shipping containers, build the stock onto pallets, wrap the pallets and then stage them for put-away drivers.
• Work is physical and repetitive, with some team lifts up to 75lbs
• MHE License desirable
