A leading financial institution located in Townsville is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant. This full-time role involves providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries on the first contact. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role also offers flexibility, training opportunities, and community involvement initiatives.
We currently have a vacancy for a Contact Centre Consultant to join our friendly team in our Contact Centre. This is a full time position based on a 38 hour week in our Townsville Head Office.
At Queensland Country Bank, our Members matter most and our frontline teams are crucial in ensuring we provide the best possible experience. As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be required to provide timely, accurate and friendly assistance both over the phone and online. You will also be required to deliver quality solutions by discovering referral opportunities for new products and services that meet or exceed our Members needs.
The Contact Centre is open from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 2:30pm Saturday. You will be required to work on a rotating roster during these hours and Saturday mornings on a roster basis.
