Job summary

The SELL Life is seeking solicitors to practice self-employed within established law firms across Australia. You can build your own client base, retain the majority share of fees, and work remotely or in office spaces in major cities. You do not need an existing client following to apply.

You’ll practise in your area of expertise with firm support, developing client relationships, negotiating fees, and meeting professional standards. The opportunity is flexible and fee-sharing based.

Build your own legal practice with an established firm behind you.

We recruit solicitors for self-employed opportunities within established law firms.

You only need the ability to manage legal matters and the ambition to build your client base.

The role

You will practise within your area of expertise, supported by a firm’s infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting the firm’s professional and compliance requirements.

How earnings work

This is a self-employed, fee-sharing role.

Your earnings depend on the fees collected from your work and your agreement with the firm. There is no fixed salary.
