The role

Depending on your expertise, your work may include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Advising on business sales, acquisitions and shareholder arrangements.
• Supporting businesses with their ongoing legal needs.
• Helping owners navigate commercial risks and decisions.
• Managing matters and building long-term client relationships.

You will also take an active role in developing your client base and referral relationships
