The role involves ward and RSU management, development of NIV facilities, and a strong clinical leadership component within the MDT,

Qualifications

• Respiratory medicine expertise and leadership demonstrated in a busy MDT.
• Experience in teaching and supervising junior doctors.

Responsibilities

• Ward management of up to 28 respiratory patients.
• RSU management of 10 acute respiratory patients including 6 NIV beds.
• Deliver bronchoscopy, general respiratory and pleural clinics during off ward weeks.
• Collaborate with Severe Asthma, Pleural Disease, ILD, Pulmonary Infection and Lung Cancer MDTs.
