A leading health service provider in Rockingham is looking for a dedicated Consultant Physician to join their team. You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary approach to provide high-quality medical services. The ideal candidate will have a solid medical background, registration, and a passion for patient care. This position offers various employment types including part-time and sessional contracts.
Salary: MP Year 1-9 $352,448 - $448,210 p.a. pro rata or $675.62 - $859.19 per session (inclusive of base salary and applicable allowances)

Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Department and fellow Consultants to meet national, state, and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) performance standards and targets.
Patient Safety & Quality Care: Champion patient safety and ensure the highest quality of care.
Education & Training: Provide orientation, training, supervision, and education for doctors in training, health service medical practitioners, and other health workers.
Clinical Practice: Operate within the scope of clinical practice as defined by the SMHS Area Medical Credentialing Committee.

This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Part-Time, Fixed Term Part Time, Sessional and Casual appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
Please note: Sessional (4 hrs = a session) contract only & will not be part time to allow for visa sponsorship
We currently have 0.3 FTE available with potential for additional hours / sessions in the future.
