A healthcare organization in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Consultant Physician to provide general medical services at Midland and Mt Lawley hospitals. The successful candidate will champion patient safety, lead educational initiatives, and ensure high-quality care. Your role at St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals
You are a skilled and experienced Consultant Physician who wants to make a difference. You will be a dedicated specialist focused on exceptional, holistic medical care who wants to work within a compassionate, patient-focused team.
In this pivotal role, you will champion the highest standards of patient safety and quality care. You will also inspire and guide the next generation of healthcare professionals through leadership, training, mentorship, and education.
This role will be predominantly based at Midland, but you will also be required to work shifts at Mt Lawley. Fixed term part-time and full-time roles available
The Position
You have (or will have within the next 6 months) Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or equivalent with appropriate training and clinical experience in general medicine.
You will have and ability to work and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams and a demonstrated competency in providing clinical leadership in a work environment.
Highly regarded will be experience in research activities with appropriate publications, clinical experience and training in a subspecialty, and an ability to demonstrate a commitment to the provision of a quality service at a personal and service level.
