Job summary

Adecco is seeking experienced formworkers to join our clients across the Hunter region on an ongoing casual basis. Work Monday to Friday on an afternoon shift with a competitive pay rate of $48 per hour.

These opportunities place you with leading manufacturers in the Hunter, offering stable work and strong team support from the Adecco team throughout your assignment. Successful applicants will have formwork manufacturing or related industry experience, and valid site qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in formwork manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience in construction manufacturing, precast, concrete, steel, timber or building products.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Pass pre-employment medical assessment and D&A testing.

Responsibilities

• Formwork assembly and manufacturing activities.
• Operate production and manufacturing equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Material handling and movement of products.
• Assist across various production areas as required.

• Formwork assembly and manufacturing activities
• Operating production and manufacturing equipment
• Reading and following work instructions and production schedules
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Material handling and movement of products
• Assisting across various production areas as required

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in formwork manufacturing or a similar environment
  
• Experience within construction manufacturing, precast, concrete, steel, timber, or building products manufacturing
  
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Successful applicants must be able to:

• Pass a pre-employment medical assessment
  
• Pass Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing
  
• Provide valid work rights within Australia
• Complete site-specific onboarding requirements
• Current Overhead Crane Licence
• Current Forklift Licence (LF)
• Experience operating overhead cranes and/or forklifts in a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to construction, building products, or heavy manufacturing industries
