Job summary

Civil Mining & Construction Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to support growth across our civil, mining and infrastructure projects. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pools and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and workforce roles.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this hands-on internal role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience, streamlining processes, and contributing to workforce planning during a strong

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience across technical roles (Engineering, Supervisors and Project Management) and workforce roles (Construction Workers and Machine Operators).
• Experience recruiting within civil construction, mining, infrastructure, engineering or similar industries highly regarded.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search or similar sourcing tools.
• Internal recruitment experience preferred, agency recruiters transitioning encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, talent databases, LinkedIn and industry networks.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide market insights.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks and pre-employment activities.
• Support onboarding and mobilisation activities for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment records and provide recruitment updates and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment and workforce planning.
