Construction Supervisor – 8-Month Project (Possible Extension)
Location: Rockhampton
Salary: Competitive salary + 12% super + Short-Term Incentive Program & Tool of trade vehicle
Work Type: Full-time | 8-month fixed-term contract

Responsibilities
- Coordinate site establishment, approvals, civil works planning, and modular sequencing.
- Oversee civil and infrastructure works, including earthworks, drainage, sewer/water, electrical/NBN, and subcontractor performance.
- Manage modular construction and installation, including logistics, cranage, interface works, and finishing elements.
- Coordinate on-site trades, maintain project milestones, manage logistics, and ensure quality compliance.
- Lead WHS and site compliance, including inspections, incident management, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Oversee project completion and handover, including final inspections, documentation, landscaping, and client walkthroughs.
About You
- Minimum 5+ years site supervision experience in residential construction, including low- to medium-density housing.
- Experience in modular/offsite construction and managing delivery/installation of 2-storey units.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, including earthworks, drainage, sewer, and electrical infrastructure.
- Trade qualification or building background preferred.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Sound understanding of NCC/BCA, QLD Development Codes, and relevant local council requirements.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Aconex, MS Project).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- White Card, Driver’s Licence, and current First Aid (preferred).
Work Environment
- Site-based role, with project sites across Queensland (travel required).
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders, including developers, consultants, trades, and authorities.
