Are you an experienced Residential Construction Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality residential builds? We’re looking for a motivated and organised professional to join our growing team in the Central West Brisbane corridor, overseeing projects from Indooroopilly to White Rock.

About the Role:

As aConstruction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction sites from site start through to handover. You’ll coordinate trades, ensure site safety, maintain build quality, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage multiple job sites simultaneously
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedules
• Provide regular updates and communication to clients
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Drive timely project delivery and uphold high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence(mandatory)
• Proven experience involume home buildingorresidential construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
