You will manage projects end‑to‑end, ensure HSECQ and cost control, coordinate subcontractors, lead meetings, and provide technical guidance while engaging clients and stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects for a contractor.
• Strong commercial and planning capability.
• Leadership skills and safety‑first mindset.
• Interest in operations and business development.
• Tertiary engineering qualification (or similar).
• Construction White Card & driver licence.
• Ability to obtain Police Clearance (Defence project requirement).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from setup through to completion.
• Monitor HSECQ compliance and cost control.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour.
• Lead reporting, weekly meetings and programming.
• Provide technical and engineering guidance.
• Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders.
• Support tendering and estimation.
