Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• White Card (CIC) or ability to obtain within 2 weeks.
• Current driver’s license and ability to work on site.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects and engineers on site.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Monitor timelines and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
