KingSoft LLC seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a boiler plant project, new site work and the demolition of an existing facility. You will manage subcontractor scopes, schedules, procurement, costs and project documentation, coordinating closely with the on-site superintendent.

The role requires five years of construction PM experience across commercial/industrial projects, strong scheduling, budgeting and procurement skills, and proficiency with industry tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of construction experience with project management responsibilities.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial or institutional construction.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and substantial mechanical and electrical scopes.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, estimates and construction schedules.
• Experience with subcontract procurement, cost control, RFIs, submittals and change management.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and construction PM tools.
• Strong Excel skills for budgets and quotes.
• Ability to manage CPM schedules.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and owners.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Federal, VA, healthcare or central utility plant experience preferred.
• Education in construction management, engineering or a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support project planning and constructability reviews.
