Job summary

Lipman is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to assist the Project Manager with project administration across one or more sites. The role includes contract administration, cost management and co-ordination of on-site activities.

Ideal candidates will have tertiary qualifications in the Building Industry and proven experience in contract administration within the Building Industry. A proactive team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration in the Building Industry.
• Tertiary qualifications in Building Industry preferred.
• Ability to manage financial and clerical tasks related to construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with the administration of projects including contract administration and on-site coordination.
• Prepare and manage cost reports with timely submission.
• Develop and maintain subcontractor scopes of work and supply schedules.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and invoicing processes.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
