Job summary

RPR Trades is seeking reliable Machine Operators and Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing facility in Carbrook, Queensland. You will be involved in manufacture, processing, mixing and bagging construction products such as concrete, mortars, sands and cement-based goods.

Shifts include day and afternoon; you will operate and monitor machinery, perform weighing and measures, load materials, and maintain safety and quality procedures. Forklift experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Experience mixing, batching concrete, sand and cement products.
• Ability to load/unload materials and perform bagging/packing.
• Commitment to safety and quality procedures.
• Able to work as part of a team on day or afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Mix and batch concrete, sand and cement products.
• Bag and pack finished goods.
• Load and unload materials.
• Weigh and measure products and ensure QC.
• Pal letise and prepare finished products.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow production procedures.
• Work safely around equipment and machinery.
• Perform manual handling and repetitive tasks as required.
