Impact HR Group is seeking reliable Labourers for ongoing work across Newcastle and surrounding areas. Immediate starts, Monday-Friday, with day and afternoon shifts.

We welcome applicants with or without prior experience and provide support to help you develop skills for your next opportunity. Role involves general labouring, assembly and manufacturing, use of hand and power tools, and reading basic plans.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and ready to work.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Safety-conscious and able to read basic measurements.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence and have reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• General labouring, construction and production work.
• Assembly and manufacturing of products.
• Using hand and power tools, including grinders.
• Reading basic plans and taking measurements.
• Quality checking finished products.
• Assisting with machinery and forklift operations where licensed.
• Working with a range of materials and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Following all site safety procedures.
• Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities.
