Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) invites applications for a Senior Project Manager to lead major projects in NSW. You will be accountable for cost, schedule and quality, mitigating risks and delivering outcomes for clients while upholding RCC's standards.

You will drive leadership and operational excellence, embed RCC culture with stakeholders, and sit on the Sydney Leadership Team to contribute to divisional success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent qualifications.
• Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification considered.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall cost, programme and quality responsibility of assigned projects, mitigating all risks to deliver excellent project outcomes for our clients.
• Deliver achievement of project objectives, driving leadership and operational excellence across RCC.
• Demonstrate a passion and commitment to deliver outstanding results and continually improve, actively seeking feedback from peers and teams.
• Articulate and demonstrate RCC culture and values in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders; support the company vision and strategic objectives.
• Senior decision-making responsibility on project-related issues, deferring to the General Manager, Operations Sydney the CEO.
• Sits on the Sydney Leadership team and contributes to the overall success of the division.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification considered.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.
