Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a senior civil project lead to manage subdivisions, TMR roadworks and service-station builds across Queensland. You will oversee tender handover to Off Maintenance, while coordinating budget, schedule and external stakeholders on multiple sites.

The role requires strong client and Superintendent relationships, MRTS specs experience, and the ability to read cost reports and explain margins.

Qualifications

• Subdivision delivery: earthworks, drainage, roadworks, services and handover
• TMR experience: MRTS specs, ITPs, lot conformance and contract admin
• Commercial control: able to read a cost report and explain the margin
• Current QLD licence and Construction White Card, with willingness to travel

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to carry a portfolio of concurrent civil projects - subdivisions, TMR roadworks and service station builds - from tender handover to Off Maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning programme, budget and forecast across your portfolio
• Resourcing plant, crews and subcontractors across competing sites
• Managing client and Superintendent relationships
• Administering variations, EOTs, progress claims and notices
• Leading supervisors and engineers, and owning safety, quality and environmental performance
