Guidera O’Connor in Victoria seeks a Construction Manager to lead on-site construction activities on major projects from initial engagement to handover. You will work with Project Managers, the in-house Design Team, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and trades to deliver safe, timely and cost-effective outcomes.
The role requires extensive construction experience, solid knowledge of the industry and the ability to lead teams while balancing priorities and deadlines.

Working with the Project Managers, in-house Design Team, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and Tradesstaff; the Construction Manager is responsible for leading the site construction activities of projects from first engagement to handoverin a safe, timely and cost-effective manner; with a quality focus and adherence to company policy, customerexpectations and project specifications. The Construction Manager will be a key resourceon upcoming large ($70M+) projects.
