Our client is a well-established civil construction company focused on quality road maintenance and infrastructure projects across Central Queensland.

The Role

Seeking experienced Construction Labourers for roadworks and general civil labouring in Rockhampton. Great pay, consistent work, and a supportive team environment.

Roster: 9/4, 10/4 or 5/2 based on crew

Hours: Up to 12 hours per day

Duties include:

• Patching potholes and road repairs
• Site prep and road replacement
• Using hand tools and whacker packers
• Installing signage and geosynthetic materials
• Taking measurements and site clean-up
• Installing silt fences
• General Labouring
• Operating rollers, compactors, excavators (if ticketed)
• Driving trucks and transporting materials (if licensed)
• Supporting crew and following supervisor instructions
• Adhering to safety protocols and wearing PPE

To Be Successful

• Physical White Card - required
• HR Licence - or willing to get within 3 months
• RII Civil tickets – high preferable
• Able to work away if needed
• Willing to join on-call roster
• Pass full pre-employment medical
• Reliable and punctual
