Permanent - Full Time
Band 5 - $80,410.19 per annum + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)
This position requires the incumbent to perform weekend work on a rotating roster. Penalty rates apply. Other out of hours work opportunities may be available. The Construction Enforcement Permits Officer position sits within the Compliance & Parking Services Branch which provides a high level of customer service within the municipality, balancing community needs and safety as a priority. The role specifically sits within the Construction Enforcement unit which deals with the building and development industry within the municipality.
NOTE: The core days are Monday to Friday. You will also be required to build and maintain a professional working relationship with all stakeholders and exhibit, respect, teamwork and innovation to improve productivity and efficiency whilst performing your key duties.
