Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Casual Construction Assistant in NSW for ongoing casual work with immediate starts. Earn $35.11 per hour with superannuation and a daily travel allowance, plus weekly pay and genuine pathways into permanent employment.

You'll work across multiple sites performing site prep, material handling, digging, trenching, and assisting qualified trades. Must have 12 months' experience, Construction White Card, a current driver's licence, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assembling products and assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
