Connor Clothing is expanding with 200 stores across Australia and New Zealand, and we want YOU to join the Connor Crew in Warrnambool. This fast-paced role is all about creating amazing in-store experiences and driving sales through passionate, customer-focused leadership.

You will lead and coach a team, manage scheduling and budgets, oversee visual merchandising and stock control, and benefit from world-class training with weekly commissions and generous store discounts as you grow your retail

Qualifications

• In-store customer service excellence and passion for fashion.
• 1–2 years of management experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong coaching and mentorship abilities for developing team performance.
