1. Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail.
2. Have the ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team.
3. Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
4. A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets.
5. Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management.
