Job summary

The Bridge Church in Sydney is seeking a theology-trained female Pastor to lead a congregation at one of our locations, reporting to the Campus Pastor. The role focuses on preaching, teaching, equipping and pastoral care across multiple congregations.

You will shepherd members, develop new ministry opportunities, and mentor volunteers while collaborating with our campus team to live out our distinctives of prayer, joyful gatherings, deep discipleship, real relationships, evangelism and generous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's theology degree.
• Experience teaching and shepherding over multiple congregations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular Sunday services and preaching in discussion with Senior Pastor.
• Provide pastoral care and discipleship for congregational members.
• Mentor team leaders, interns and pastors in training.
• Develop and oversee new ministry opportunities and programs.
• Foster welcoming community and church culture aligned with distinctives.
