Job summary

Just Careers Training Pty Ltd t/as Licences 4 Work is recruiting experienced trainers to deliver Confined Space training across Sydney workplaces. You will train and assess in real-world settings, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients and learners.

The role requires weekday availability, strong industry knowledge of confined spaces, and the ability to manage records and stay compliant with RTO standards. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold RTO-compliant training delivery background.
• Units: RIIWHS202E, MSMPER200, MSMPER202, MSMPER205, MSMWHS217, PUASAR025.
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.

Licences 4 Work is currently seeking Confined Space Level 2 Trainers to deliver training and assessment in workplaces across Sydney. We are looking for experienced trainers with weekday availability to support the delivery of Confined Space training programs and provide high-quality, industry-focused learning outcomes for our clients and students.

Must have the following units to be able to deliver the course:

RIIWHS202E Enter and work in confined spaces

MSMPER200 Work in accordance with an issued permit

MSMPER202 Observe permit work

MSMPER205 Enter Confined Space

MSMWHS217 Gas Test Atmospheres

PUASAR025 Undertake Confined Space Rescue

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment

Ensure all training is delivered in line with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and assessment records

Support learners through quality training, assessment and feedback

Keep current with industry practices, legislation, equipment updates and best practice

Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home

What You’ll Need

Unit of competency in the units listed above

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

Demonstrated relevant industry experience, with the ability to show current industry skills and knowledge

Experience delivering training in a formal training environment

Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills

A professional, reliable and learner-focused approach
